Shipping policy

Please be mindful of the weather of your shipping location! We pack icepacks that last 24 hours in orders being shipped to warm locations and only overnight shipping during the warmer months. SHEILA KERNS chocolates do not contain preservatives or soy lecithin thus we can’t guarantee orders shipped to warm locations over 72 degrees. If you live in an area above 72 F then your chocolate may melt along the journey. It is your responsibility to be present and bring your shipments in when your chocolates arrive so please ship at your own risk.
